How to Properly Extract Your Audio Files
Several customers have asked why the tracks are out of order, or why the folder does not open on certain devices.
The answer: in order to upload larger file sizes and maintain the quality of the audio, we need to create a “.zip” folder. After you download this .zip folder, the files need to be extracted so they can be properly sorted and used on various devices.
Please note that in most cases, mobile phones will not be able to seamlessly play zip files. We recommend you first download and extract the files on a computer, and then transfer the audio files to your mobile device as needed.
